GeneSys

the GENEalogical databaseSYStem of the Association of the four baltic noble corporations

The aim of the GENESYS-project is, to collect as complete as possible the genealogies of the families belonging to the four noble corporations of Livonia, Estonia, Courland and Oesel in one single database. These data are publically availabe to all persons with rightful interest. 

Besides the genealogical data GeneSys stores pictures of manors, person, tombs and importent documents.

Furthermore, GeneSys allows for checking the relation between two person in the database and to show this relation.

GeneSys contains

• more than 120.000 individuals
• more than 10.000 pictures of individuals, manors, churches and tombs

These data are growing thanks to the work of the GeneSys-team.
